Going very well and the job expectations, as well, the salary plus commission match the description. Met with HR, the hiring manager and engineering team to ensure we would have a good personality fit and work well together.
The process was a typical one where you have to wait long periods of time to get a response. They rearranged the interview multiple times. There were 3 zoom calls

Phone interview, then video, very straightforward. Questions about past experience, and scenarios.
Panel interview with managers lasted about 20-30 minutes. Ask plenty of questions. May have multiple managers in area.

Met with hiring manger and then Director. Pretty standard process before the offer was given. The interview was broken into 2 different days over 1 week. The offer came within a week after the last interview.
