Entrevista
First step in the interview process required taking an assessment immediately after applying. Days later I was scheduled a pre-screen call with the recruiter. The following day I had a one hour interview and days later I completed the final interview with senior leadership. The role itself paid $16/hr + uncapped commission. Benefits start day 1 and the role itself is remote. You’re expected to take up to 100 outbound calls per day so it’s extreme high volume for those that enjoy outbound business calls.

Entrevista
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
