The process was very simple. I worked on my application last week on Monday, than tuesday had a phone interview. I than had a assessment that was very easy, just had a call center scenerio which was extremely fun, than got a call to come in and had interview on site. The questions where very simple and was fun.

The process was straight forward with little experience needed. Anyone the has very good communication skills will be perfect for the job. This is a great opportunity for beginners in the job market.
It was quick and tedious. Interviewing supervisors we not incredibly friendly. The process was longer than I thought it needed to be for a call center entry level job. You can find a better job.

Pretty standard interview. If you get accepted through the first round, they'll send you an email about taking the assessment. The assessment is a job demo with different scenarios. Make sure you write things down as you go and pay attention!
