First you interview over the phone, next you have to take a very difficult assessment test (the math part is almost impossible, refresh math skills before), next you meet with two managers for about 30 min and they use the STAR interview process. After about three weeks I met with center director for about 20 min and it is more of a conversation and after about two more weeks you meet with HR director. The entire process takes about 2 months.
