Interview the day after I applied, & started the next morning. I didn't feel like I was given a choice to work there. They just said you will start at 12.50 and we need you tomorrow at 10am because we are short on staff. I was interviewed by 2 women who just kept looking at eachother and giggling like school girls. It was incredibly awkward. Im sure they are short staffed because its hard work for little pay.

Entrevista
Interview held at hotel. Waited 10 minutes for another interview before me. Open interview in guest sitting area. Any guest and other employees can hear interview questions and answers. Wasn't first chosen for the position- even with experience- because it is a "who you know - that gets you hired" environment. Hiring is not done by the skills or experience someone has. I only got the job because the first choice of "who they knew" and "chose" quit suddenly on them. Background and drug tests are not done. They will hire those who have been to jail and have criminal records.

In interview, agreed to and signed paperwork to start position at $9.50/hr.. I was only paid $7.25/hr., for an entire month. Makes sense why the employees seemed very dissatisfied at this workplace.
