I was contacted over the phone the same day I applied. The interviewer didn't ask many questions but jumped straight to scheduling an interview. The initial interview was with a member of HR and the owner. Very basic questions. I was contacted a few days later to come back for a second interview (this involved everyone in the office). Again the questions were pretty basic. The HR member showed me around the office and told me I would be notified within a few days regardless if I was selected or not. I did not hear from them by the end of the week and called the following Monday only to be told that the owner went ahead and hired someone else. Although this was irritating, I was impressed with their urgency to fill the position.
