This was easily the most insane/bizarre/unprofessional interview experience I've ever had. The first interview was a video screen that lasted 30 mins. That was great and I really enjoyed speaking with that person. She kept questions professional. I wish I could say the same for the in-person 1 hour and 20 minute second interview. The second interview was a three person panel interview with various positions of management. At the beginning, it seemed promising and went well. However, as the interview went on, the one individual who I won't name was extremely combative and at times borderline rude. I'll post some examples below. But this company is looking for a needle in a haystack and seems like it's being lead by someone out of touch or at the very least, someone who needs an HR rep... which I'll get into in a minute. I have a lot I could say but won't because I want to keep it productive and helpful for anyone researching.
