It was for a senior position with 12+ years of experience. HR shortlisted me from Linkedin profile and then after one month scheduled the interview. It was Senior Manager who called me for the interview. From the 1st minute, he never let me complete any sentence and always interrupted in between. For technical discussions, he was not having the patience to listen properly. Not at all happy and seems candidate was already decided, they called just for a formality to show HR that we are fair.
