5 stages: - HR phone screen (30-45 mins) - Meet & Greet with Engineering Lead (30-45 mins) - Systems Design with Engineering Lead and others (75 min) - Take home assignment (4 hours min. Develop an API with database) - Review code, and further code tests with Engineering Lead and others (75 mins) Overall a very length process that took place over the course of a month, which was fine for my timeline. The actual stages however, were longer than Google and Amazon, with a base salary to match a lower E4/SDE 2 offer. The team as a whole seemed like nice people, and the company seems to be in a stage of growth. There were very direct lines of communication for all stages, except when being declined after effectively 8 hours of interviewing. A generic automated email, with no response to asking for a feedback.
