I had a worst experience during the recruitment process. The recruiter was not approachable or friendly and came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of making the conversation welcoming, it felt rushed and cold, which made it difficult to engage or ask questions. As a candidate genuinely interested in the role, I expected more respectful communication and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression of the company’s hiring culture
