Quick phone interview, followed by a panel interview, followed by an interview with the IT director to ultimately be told to expect a followup call Monday. Didn't receive a call following up. Reached out to the HR recruiting person at the end of the week to get ghosted there and then see they reposted the position the following Monday. Complete waste of time and effort to be ghosted, told nothing, but everyone kept acting like I am a great fit with a solid skillset to ease into the role and would do well there. Says a lot about the potential work environment. Also sounds to be perpetually understaffed in its technology space.
