One of the best interview experiences I had was with Commerce Vision: the highly personal touch, the swift replies, and the follow-up on expectations set. It did not feel like a traditional interview. It was a natural conversation with interest and questions from both sides. Plenty of time was provided to answer my questions and even an extra catch-up was scheduled to answer even more questions. I have experienced interview rounds where in less than 5 minutes I could ask questions. The experience with Commerce Vision was a total game changer. It showed they truly care about the applicant and making sure this is as much the right decision for the applicant as for the company. What particularly stood out for me is how personable all 3 individuals were whom I spoke with. I felt comfortable straight away, with no ego, no pretentious display, truly connecting with the person on the other side (via screen or in person). It felt as if this company truly cares about their employees. It was also one of the fastest interview experiences I have been through. Expectations were set and followed up accordingly, something that does not always happen when going through interviews. I received an offer but declined as I accepted an offer from another company which was merely based on it being a different role. That being said, it was a very difficult decision and won't know if I have made the right one. If I need to look for another job in the future then I will definitely think of Commerce Vision.
