I had the strangest experience interviewing here, and would not recommend this company to anyone. I interviewed in person. I was over qualified for this position mind you. At the end of the interview, when I'm packing up my things, one of the interviewers says "Can I give you one piece of advice." I say sure.. he goes "More eye contact, you have a great story to tell but more eye contact." What a bizarre and unprofessional way to end an interview. It felt like he was trying to let me know then and there "We won"t be going with you." Which is fine considering the job is severely underpaid and I was already overqualified. And by the way, I did give eye contact.
