I was contacted for an initial phone interview which took roughly 30-45 minutes. Then I was informed that there would be a performance task, and candidates who moved on from that would be invited for an in-person interview at the office in Dallas. Even after having gone through all these steps of the interview process, I still have not received word of their decision on my application. While I understand wanting to find the right cultural fit as well as the person with the best skills, no candidate should be left waiting 3+ months to hear back about a hiring decision.
