      They were in contact about updates regarding interview process. Met with two people, both very great people. One was with the head of talent, the other with the location's community manager. I never got the chance to meet with the Senior community manager.

      Loved getting to talk to many different people and felt very encouraged and welcomed in this role. Lots of room for growth at the company and open to many different experience levels.

      Typical standardized interview process with 4 rounds of interviews - 3 virtual and 1 on site. They moved me through the process very quickly, only to then tell me they chose to move forward with other candidates better suited for the role. I saw the job reposted 3 days before the 4th round and I specifically called that out in an email to my point of contact and said if there was any hesitation with my candidacy, that I'd be happy to clarify. He told me their roles auto-repost every few weeks and not to worry. The Westchase Houston location was very understaffed and unorganized and no one was even at the front desk to greet me when I arrived for the interview and I had to wait around for someone to come downstairs. They also wouldn't reimburse for parking during the interview, so keep that in mind. The on site contact told me they were understaffed, yet reassured me I was very qualified for the role. Each of the 4 interviews all asked the same repetitive questions and it was very apparent there was a lack of communication between the on site employees and the WeWork point of contact. After being a former WeWork member myself, it's comical that this is the experience they extend towards potential employees. Coming from several larger companies, I had a lot higher expectations for Common Desk, but it's clear they follow suit with WeWork's reputation. If you're interviewing with Common Desk, lower your expectations.
