The employer and the interview process was the most straightforward. No beating around the bush or giving false hopes. Had a clear communication of what is expected from the role. Also wasn't shy of expressing their position on the commitment from me. Sometimes too clear communication is a bit scary, but that was the challenge I was upto back then!
