I applied out of state and it was done over the phone. Initially contacted by a recruiter via email then telephone describing duties. Next had a phone interview with the clinic director and head physical therapist via telephone

Interview was relaxed and I was made to feel very comfortable and could be myself and think clearly. Interviewer did most of the talking and then had me answer questions. Went over a clinic scenario, the job description, hours, salary and benefits. Ended with a job offer on the spot.
