Questions about your experience, and how you work and their brand of human kindness. Unfortunately human kindness wasn't really displayed during the interview. It felt like an interrogation of why you would be interested in them and why you would leave your current role and how you will work if there's no one to help or lead you. If you don't have the same or similar experience to them, they will berate you on why and how you're basically not qualified to work there. It sounded like they aren't team players or people who collaborate well and play well with each other. That's the impression I got from the non-designers panel. They also seemed uninterested in your presentation and discussion of design. Its like they knew nothing of design to care to discuss or look at what you're presenting, they stare at their own phones while you present. I found this extremely rude. I just couldn't see myself working with these people or recommend other designers to. Its funny due to their advertisement of human kindness they should practice what they preach internally as well. They acted smug like why should we hire you? An interview is a 2 way street. I also found the agency panel were saying that there is a lot of work requested that don't seem to be very clear or would require a lot of time and work to do on your own. They didn't seem like they were that happy working with them as a client. If you're looking for team players and collaboration this isn't the place.
