I applied on the website, a recruiter emailed me for a zoom interview, interview was fast not much of an interview but just asked me about my experience and she then explained the position and said if chosen I will have to pass a hands assessment test.

Very easy. It was for a medical assistant float role. It was a remote interview and the manager was easy to talk to. Just be yourself and show your passion!
