Entrevista
Had a chat with one of the internal recruitment team members about a position that is newly opened up. I firstly had a phone chat with the recruiter in relation to my past experience and skills. Around 2 weeks after my submission, I had a video interview with two of their team members.

Entrevista
The first interview was conducted by a delegate since the manager for the role was away on leave. It consisted of two parts: the first part was the usual discussion, followed by a skills assessment task where they asked me to facilitate an actual usability session while being observed by other members of the team. I was also told before I left to research an appropriate salary for the role and to bring my offer to the next interview.
During the second interview, the manager attended, and they gave me feedback about my performance in the task, followed by them sharing more details about the role, working for CommBank, etc. I was also asked to present my offer, which I did. The figure I came up with was in line with what I was getting for similar work in the role I was in back then. A friend also advised me to aim higher than what I had originally proposed since it was a contract role (I was in a permanent position). However, I was shocked to find out later that their offer was about 25% less than what I had proposed.
