One of my friend referred me for the job, after 2 weeks of refer I got the email from HR stating few slots - which i have to select. Once i confirm on slot , interview happened with Project manager and Senior Project Manager. Interview was quite constructive and towards the end i was asked my joining obligations etc. I was having expectation from the discussion. Its around 40 days today and no response from the HR side. Its quite unfortunate when candidate try to mail them - no one bother to respond. Till date the status of this interview at CBA site is "interview" - not sure what should I assume from this?? Is it in progress or rejected. It's quite unfortunate when HR don't bother to take the ownership to response to the candidates.

It's is good. Nice people. Decent questions. They will schedule and the process is quite smooth. They will take enough time to review. Very good process. They expect decent answers

Entrevista
I applied through LinkedIn. First round was with HR to understand the Fitment . Second round was technical and went for 1 hour and third round was technical and managerial round and went for 1/2 an hour, all round were completed within a week.
