I recently contacted by Commbank talent team 2 times and they asked me to apply for a senior servicenow engineer and based on their pressure , I was applied and surprisingly within 24 hours my interview schedules which seems to me in context of Comm Bank scenario,and the interview was conducted by a lady who was a manager, and then once I enter the video interview she was very rude and ask me hei what you are up to? then I said excuse me , I cant understand what you are saying if you elaborate in details ..then she replied don't you understand what I say to you don't you understand English ..i said what you are up to means what your experience.First of all , this is not a standard way to greet any candidate to any interview,at first as a hiring manager , you need to introduce yourself and tell the recruitment objective and job role in high level overview then you can ask any question to candidate.Most interestingly , she simply told me why I Submit resume , she warned me to never submit any resume as she taught my resume is made up of Artifical Intelllegence or chat GPT.In reality you know, that in AI ,you can not make simple MS Word resume , they always delivered it on PDF format, My resume is on MS Word plain,I crafted it on my own way.So that's my experience, and l am looking for legal action for this bullying as I didn't apply to commbank they pressure me to apply and I have all the details.Guys that's how my experience with CommBank..thanks God , I never have any account with Commbank..most toxic culture.

There were two rounds. First round usually is a coding round to judge concepts. Second round is a manager round. Interview was fairly easy. Most of the questions could be answered if concepts are good.
