Very personable texts and emails received that flattered me by saying how excited the "executive team" was to meet me, and there was enough personalization in them that I believed it. The "interview with the executive team" is actually a cattle call, or just a huge zoom meeting (27 people in mine), where we get to hear background on Commonwealth Energy. Background was interesting and helpful, but being turned into an anonymous audience member after being told my actual skillset was important to them, was lame. I don't want to work for a company that begins our relationship with a shady move (aka lie...no "executive team" and no interest or knowledge of me as an individdual applicant prior to the meeting.

Zoom interview, the interviewer was well organized. It was a group session with 15-20 participants in the beginning but the information was valuable nonetheless. I followed up with the interviewer and he was a great guy.

Group interview - They try to glorify a 1099 door to door role. Claimed 60% of their sales people make 100k a year 30% make over 100k and 10% make 200k+. When asked they said the average retention rate over 1 year is 50%.
I don't have any stats to disprove of this but its hard to believe any of this if you have common sense.
Another outrageous point was that they argued most companies make you pay for training in sales - that is outright wrong especially in entry level roles.
If have 2 feet a mouth and speak English they would hire you. I would not recommend wasting your time.
