Very detailed and interesting process with multiple steps. It begins with an evidence-based personality inventory to ensure that the candidates have a compatible work style for the role. The phone and Zoom interviews asked several questions that were aimed at very specific, real-world customer service scenarios, and the interviewers really want you to walk them through your thought processes.
