I applied on Indeed and was emailed to schedule a phone interview. The recruiter asked my availability to interview which I provided but then she asked to interview me outside my availability. I had to modify my availability has she clearly only wanted to do interviews in the morning even though that was not stated and I didn’t indicate any morning availability. Why not just give your own availability instead of asking for mine? We did the 20ish minute phone interview. I was then emailed an assessment to complete, on which I scored a 96%. Despite this score, I was not forwarded to the next round. When I asked for feedback I was simply told they were moving on to other candidates.
