Panel interview with 3 managers and 1 director. Questions were definitely HR Pre-approved in behavioral situation format: "Tell me a time when." Staff were very professional. Process was smooth and I was less nervous after getting started. The round robin method was used to allow every interviewer ask a question which the read from the page.
