I got a phone screening and a zoom interview before they paused the process for unspecified reasons, but they let me know they would be re-posting the position later. 3 months later they re-posted it and had me do the same phone screening and zoom interview (same people, they remembered me) followed by a group interview, a technical assignment, and an interview about the technical assignment. After that lengthy process, they paused hiring again. 7 months later they re-posted the position again but when I applied this time, I got an email almost immediately that the position had been filled. Not a lot of transparency or communication on their part.
