After applying, you get a phone call with a recruiter to do a phone screening and go over the job, benefits and some responsibilities you may have, etc. Afterwards, if you meet the expectations they pass on your information to the clinical team. If qualified, are supposed to set up a tour of the center, and have an in-person interview. However, each time I have applied for the position (I am definitely qualified for it) I get to the part where I am supposed to schedule a center tour and they ghost me. This has happened 3 times already with this company for different locations!!! I have left messages with the recruiter with no response about setting up the tour/in-person interview. If they seem very disorganized and have a lack of communication this early on, then I can't imagine actually working for this company.

They ask about your experience with working with children, specifically with special-education and autism cases. Go over your resume, talk availability, etc.
We’re truly sorry to hear about your repeated experience and lack of follow-up. This is not the standard we strive for, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re actively working on improving communication throughout our hiring process and will use this feedback to make necessary changes. Thank you for your interest in Community Autism Services.

The interview consists of the interviewer asking thr interviewee to review almost all of their previous positions and talk about what was accomplished for each position, what their supervisor would say about them, and why they left the position. The entire hour was spent on reviewing this information. At the end, the interviewer asked the interviewee if they had any questions. As there were no time left for the scheduled interview time slot and the interviewee had spent much of their energy going over previous employment, the interviewee said no. The interviewer had mentioned that it is not uncommon to have more interview meeting for this position. Therefore, the interviewee had planned to share any questions during the next meeting. However, the interviewee was not reached out for the second meeting. The interviewer didn't go in depth about the position during the interview.

Filled out application online and received an email for an in person interview. During the interview, asked questions about the position. After all questions were answered, I received an offer that day. The only thing I would recommend is negotiating the pay bc it’s hard to get 40 hours and too many workers means less clients means working part time as a full time employee. Then to top it off, whatever you get paid at work is nowhere near to the close to the cost of living in Ca. I did love my co-workers and some supervisors were vary kind, some supervisors don’t even recognize the accomplishments
