Entrevista
The interview process was average overall and a bit uncomfortable. They were pressing for the interview pre-assessment and background/credit pull to be completed. Further, reached out via text to set up an in-person interview with an HR hiring leader and branch manager. The interview was over an 1 hour and 30 minutes, to which they asked a series of scenario questions and drilled on my experience. Left me with minimal time to ask questions at the end and stated that they had to rush to wrap up because they had an incoming call for their next meeting. It was off-putting to be asked by the HR hiring leader a question pertaining to if there was a credit card application mishap with a customer where a colleague did not put their application through and they had been waiting for it in the mail - would I be willing to tell a "white lie" for them? After being asked about integrity before the question. That is an odd interview question that should not be asked. Makes you wonder about the business practices and intention. Finally, after all of the steps and interview drilling - did not receive an offer nor a follow up email.
