The interview was a committee interview and I was also required to give a presentation - the topic was sent via email several days prior to the interview. The committee was made up of other faculty and the supervisor for the position. The questions asked were pretty typical of a teaching faculty role. The worst part of the whole process is I never heard anything after the interview, not even an automated "thanks, but no thanks" email. The process was also very slow, I was called for an interview more than a month after applying.
