They were active in hiring, but recently they have been doing a lot of layoffs. They offer salaries based on positions. HR process is not good. The human resources processes take quite a long time.

Entrevista
After an interview and an algorithm test, only 105 applicants among 2000+ people are selected to solana-rust blockchain bootcamp of Community Gaming. After 3 months, less than 8 people graduated from bootcamp and one of them was me. We did homeworks every week and a final project to graduate. After that, they extended recruitment process by putting 4 more interview (1 normal + 3 technical) and 1 assignment (frontend UI). After first interview, i didnt get any response for 10 days. After that i mailed them if recruitment process have a problem or not and they replied it with my rejection. They said if someone even passes all these interviews they will begin as an "intern" not a "full-time" which is not defined in bootcamp's info. As a result, i waste 5 months of hardwork to get rejected from a non-technical interview without getting a feedback.
