First, I got a phone call from hiring manager, who was about quitting his job soon. Second, having waited 1 month I showed up at their venue for asking my interview process. Nobody was aware what was going on but after checking out the records they decided to do a sudden interview that time. At this time I got a sudden interview and then I was invited to come to an official interview for the next day. The next day I was given one hour to complete a task. After the task has been completed, Hiring manager told me they would return me in a couple days. I waited 3 weeks to receive a call from them however, nobody neither called or send an email. I send an email 3 weeks later but no response. I send the second one in the 4rd week but still no response. Then I called them and asked what is going on what is my next step. I think they were not expecting a call from me, but they responded they were continuing with other candidates. *The most of my concern what was affected my result is that they judged me about my attire when I showed up at their place. I went there with jeans and t-shirt on me to ask my process. They were looking at me like who is this. The other day I went there with a professional attire. This time they were talking each other saying "he came with a professional outfit today".
