Questions directed towards documentation, assessing cadidate's ability to work alone and to complete procedures that ensure the safety of the people supported at night. Understand if the candidate can understand that they should keep the house quiet at all times to ensure the people supported can sleep, and if they can use their CPI skills in case there are any issues with behaviour since workers work alone at night. Make sure you can tell them of experiences in the past when you incorporated the values of the agency in the choices you made at work, particularly in challenging situations, and how you chose to treat the people being supported. Know all your medication processes, documentation, tool for mesuring success and wellbeing, and how to address disagreements with other staff.
