Panel of principal, dean and a teacher interviewed me. First phone interview, then in-person demo lesson and in-person interview after the demo lesson. Taught a class of 8th graders for my demo. Received an offer by email after the final interview.

Went to a job fair I think, submitted my resume and got a call for an interview. I am not really sure but it was something like that. I did a demo lesson with the principal twice (2 separate days).
