I completed two interview stages. The first interview was mainly about my background, communication skills, and customer service experience. The second interview focused more on handling customer situations and working under pressure. The interviewers were professional and the process was straightforward, but after the second interview I did not receive any follow-up or final update regarding the position.
I went through several rounds of interviews, seemingly all went well however was not extended an offer. It seems like it has a lot of potential but I think it can be better organized.
A recruiter reached out to me, and the interview started off fine. However, it quickly shifted toward them probing for sensitive details about my current role. It became clear they had little understanding of how to effectively run a company. It felt more like they were using a fake job posting just to extract information. After doing some research, I discovered several online reports indicating the company is actually involved in scamming elderly people.
