The interview lasted an hour. They have a sheet they go through with roughly 20 questions, and then another with 15-20 behavioral “what would you do” type questions. The overall interview was fine, just long, which is why I am selecting difficult. I received a job offer but declined. The company pays extremely low (roughly 18.65 for this position). Additionally, they asked that I pay for my own background check and transcripts. This can be a sign of high turnover — the company doesn't want to lose money paying for employee background checks if they are worried they won’t last long in the environment. Overall, I was excited about this position but the company felt desperate and suspicious.
