I applied online and received a call to schedule an in person interview. The in person interview was very basic asking general screening questions and "why do you want to work here?" type questions. Some conversation about proficiency with computers. Was told I would receive an update within 1-2 weeks after the first stage interviews were done, but I never received any updates. I called and asked for an update 3 weeks after the interview, and have officially considered myself to be ghosted after 4 weeks with no communication. It would be great if the company sent anything, even just an automated email to say that you were not selected for the role.
