Phone screen, interview with the hiring manager, one of your potential peers, then the director. Each were 30 minutes via Zoom. The interview process was crazy fast, all 4 interviews happened within a week and a half. My final interview the director said they "didn't have any reservations for hiring me" - then I was told I would have a decision in the matter of days. After that, nothing. They most likely had budget changes and could no longer hire for that role, if that is the case - please tell your applicants that!
