I was approached by recruitment consultant. I was asked to provide availability. I provided and stated I'm in UK timezone, and offered 2 weeks availability. Recruiter sent a slot but in German timezone. I emailed back to bring awareness and recruiter requested they are not available in the slot they chose. They asked for me to provide again availability again. I had offered the other slots which I'm available and asked if this is still ok, otherwise I can be flexible when is convenient. They never responded, despite follow up emails. Red flags from a recruiter behaving this way.
