Fiz uma entrevista na empresa CompStak (New York, NY).
Entrevista
Overall straightforward and standard sales interview process. Several meetings with different managers and department heads to assess for background, sales skillset, and cultural fit. At the time I did not do a sales presentation or mock demo/discovery call

Entrevista
A recruiter reached out and we had the typical 30 minute screening call. I then had an hour long call with a sales team leader followed by an hour long call a week later with a SVP. Both calls were typical for sales - asked about my employment history, sales process, etc. I won't call it a negative experience, but I think it could be better. Namely, having two one hour long calls was a bit much if you aren't going to make someone an offer. Make interviews for 30 minutes. Not sure about a candidate after two 30 minute interviews? Ok, then more conversation time certainly makes sense. I think this would have been a much better experience if CompStak provided feedback to candidates who invested their time interviewing. Instead of using a stock rejection email template, provide valuable feedback - What was it that you saw in another candidate? How did I come across during the Zoom calls? Anything I could work on presentation-wise? What did you think I lacked or should have spoken more about? etc. Anything would be far more valuable than a stock rejection email. Again, not a bad experience as I enjoyed the conversations, but could easily be better with a little effort. Now, just a bad time investment in hindsight as I received zero feedback.
