My interview process consists of 4 rounds : * HR round with culture fit screening and process information. Then case study is assigned to do within 1 week * 1:1 with team lead on case study presentation * Head of Data/COO interview round * CEO interview round Overall experience is extremely positive. Compado gave me the choice to set up an interview schedule via 3rd party app so I could proactively self-pace the interview process. In fact, the first 3 rounds were done in the same week. Interviews are straightforward discussions about the position, the company, and expectations. I find it informative, honest, and respectful. Before the HR round, you will be informed about the process via email so you definitely see transparency from the start. HR contact person is also helpful and responsive. Big kudos to the process.
