Entrevista
Online interview (1hr, Day 0):
1. Introduce yourself
2. Introduce your research (thesis)
3. Ask the knowledge related to communication ( 5G, 3GPP spec reading experience)
4. Describe the job (O-RAN development)
Phone interview (HR, 30 min, D+5 without holiday)
1. Ask about your personality traits, advantages and disadvantages, the most impressive difficulty, and how you solve it.
2. Describe the detail of the offer.
Intelligence Test include language, space, logic: one hour, Technical skills test, ask about android software skills, logic algorithm: 30 mins, Manager resume review, ask about the school project: 30 mins
- intelligence test, english test, logic test from company. those are easy
- Programming test and OS concept test from the department. those are not too hard if you study well in school
- face to face interview, asking your programming experience, ask you explain your thesis (make sure you can explain something clear and you understand what you do)
