Applied directly through their site after an existing employee referred me and they responded within 3 days to check my availability and set up a date for my interview. I confirmed a date and time the same day, and they scheduled a time for the recruiter to call me the next day. I invested a chunk of time in preparing, waited for the call, and then nothing. Emailed the recruiter to confirm my number and check if she wanted to reschedule, but didn’t hear back. I followed up a couple of times over the course of the week, but didn’t receive a single response. Awfully unprofessional behavior for a company which at this size should have more structure and accountability.

Thorough process, got to meet a lot of the team and everyone was kind. Did a phone screen and then two in person interviews before being given an offer. The interviews themselves were pretty casual, but it helped me understand who I would be working with.

it was an overall pleasant process. It started with questions about my background then we moved on to a mock cold call followed by a mock warm call. After we had a review of how it went. There was an opportunity for me to ask questions and the interviewer provided insightful feedback.
