Very easy and open. You have to meet a minimum sales volume per year in order to be considered for the position. If you don't meet that volume and show proof of that volume, you wont be considered.

Easy process. Very informative and fun for an interview. You get a very good sense of the company culture. The manager are easy to get along with and do a great job of pitching the company.
