Three interviews. Recruiter called and then set up an introductory interview. Followed by another round which highlighted more about their company/benefits etc. Third conversation was with the local

Compass execs will seek you out based on sales numbers/production . You can start new if you join a team, not as an individual agent. The process is easy once they identify you as a top sales agent.
