Absolutely the worst virtual onsite interview experience. The tech round includes solving a complicated problem tackling permissions which the whole team spent couple of months optimizing and figuring out, the design round was basically trying to figure out how one of the core product in compass was built from scratch, the project deep dive round is questioning every single tech details and grill you if your explanation did not satisfy the director. And by the way, the other director was late and did not really care about the cultural round anyway. Did not even hear any feedbacks just plain thank you for your interest follow up email, should just send that weeks before this instead of wasting my time.
