Three tiered process. I met with the DM first and went over my qualification. Mostly items I discussed with the recruiter ahead of time. Then I met with the RVP. This process felt like it was center around the candidate being a cultural fit with the client. And if all goes well you meet with the client and at the point the client decides if you will be on-boarded.
