It was a job fair. We had to fill the app out then set and wait on an interview with the manager. He asked lots of questions then we sat and waited a min then the Chef came and did an interview. Then they camr e asked how low we would be willing to be paid. Then we sat and waited was told I was hired and given directions to the drug screening center.

Quick personal interview...non scripted. I felt I was getting to low the chef and his requirements. It didn't feel very corperate which I like... I felt as if the chef wanted to make sure of not only my experience and skills but also that i would match the personality he was tying to build for the kitchen.
