The initial process had many components, but moved relatively fast. The process was as follows. -Video recording answering specific prompts -Call with recruiter -Back to back video interviews (one with hiring manager) -Assessment to be completed within 48 hours -Back to back video interviews. Unfortunately, after I completed all of this, I was left on the hook for over a month. I basically had to chase down the recruiter to get any sort of update to which she continually replied they were dealing with "approval issues" and "HR redtape". This is especially strange given that throughout the interview process, I continually talked about the importance of communication and transparency, which everyone loved and agreed with. When I finally did hear back, it was an automated email from a generic address telling me they went with another candidate. I should also point out that I was overqualified for the position (asking for a year of experience while I have 5) but was still willing to work within the salary range they stated. This company is more than willing to string you along and keep you as a backup indefinitely in case the actual candidate they want doesn't take their offer. And then when they finally make a decision, they don't have the decency to give you call or at least an email from the person you have been in contact with, despite the amount of time and effort you have put in to the process already. I really did enjoy my conversations and was excited about the opportunity, but this experience shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for people applying to their company. It might be a good place to work, I don't know, but it absolutely is not a nice place to interview at.
