The interview process was very smooth. I applied in September or October and heard back from them in January. The process started off with a HireVue -- it was a mixed of questions. The first question was a get to know you question like what would you want to do for the rest of your life. Others were behavioral like when did you start a project and bring it to completion. What skills are you do you have? The second interview was a Faith check interview, it was also smooth as well. The interviewer asked me questions like what has God been teaching you in the last six months or a year, and other questions along those lines. Just be ready to talk about your faith. The last interview was with the Director of the team I applied for, this one was more technical. He asked me things that were on my resume and other behavioral question and 1 faith question. Just be ready to talk about your technical skills, and position yourself or align yourself with what Compassion needs to achieve in that role.
